These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website, services, communications, and other offerings provided by ZENSQUAD, LLC (“ZENSQUAD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZENSQUAD website, submitting information through our forms, scheduling a consultation, communicating with us, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using ZENSQUAD on behalf of a business, medical practice, healthcare organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.
ZENSQUAD Services
ZENSQUAD provides remote staffing and support services designed to assist healthcare practices and other organizations with operational, administrative, customer-service, documentation, billing, reception, and approved remote clinical-support workflows.
Specific services, responsibilities, staffing arrangements, availability, pricing, implementation requirements, and service expectations may be defined in a separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the terms of that agreement will control for the services it covers.
Healthcare Support and Professional Responsibility
ZENSQUAD provides staffing and support services. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, ZENSQUAD does not independently diagnose patients, prescribe treatment, establish a provider-patient relationship, or replace the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider.
Healthcare organizations and licensed providers remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient care, supervision, required authorizations, and determining which duties may legally and appropriately be delegated.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of ZENSQUAD personnel and services complies with applicable professional, licensing, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Client Responsibilities
To allow ZENSQUAD to provide services effectively, clients agree to provide accurate information, appropriate instructions, necessary system access, workflow documentation, and timely communication.
- Maintain appropriate licenses, permissions, and authorizations.
- Provide accurate and current practice and workflow information.
- Maintain appropriate oversight of delegated responsibilities.
- Use ZENSQUAD services only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Protect login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
ZENSQUAD is not responsible for delays, errors, or service limitations caused by inaccurate information, unavailable systems, missing access, third-party outages, or instructions supplied by the client.
Accounts, Systems, and Access
Some services may require access to client systems, software, communication platforms, scheduling tools, billing platforms, or other third-party applications. Clients are responsible for authorizing that access and ensuring that access is appropriate for the assigned responsibilities.
Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to ZENSQUAD systems, interfere with website or service functionality, introduce malicious code, misuse credentials, or use our systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
Electronic Communications
By contacting ZENSQUAD or providing your contact information, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically when permitted, including by email, telephone, and text message for service, scheduling, account, support, and other authorized purposes.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Information about our approach to protecting systems and information is available in our Security Policy.
Where applicable, additional privacy, confidentiality, data-security, or healthcare-information requirements may be governed by separate written agreements between ZENSQUAD and the client.

ZENSQUAD services may interact with third-party software, websites, communication systems, electronic health record platforms, billing systems, scheduling tools, payment providers, or other technologies.
Those third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, privacy practices, and security controls. ZENSQUAD does not control and cannot guarantee the continuous availability or performance of third-party platforms.
