SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

1. SMS Consent Communication

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from ZENSQUAD, you agree that the phone number provided will only be used for communications directly related to services and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have opted in to receive SMS messages, you may receive messages related to the following:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries
  • Service-related updates

These communications will be directly related to the services you’ve engaged with ZENSQUAD for.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication you have opted in to receive. For example, you may receive up to one SMS per week regarding appointment reminders, billing updates, or service information. You may also receive messages for customer service purposes, but no more than four messages per month.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. Fees may vary for domestic and international messages. Please check with your carrier for specific details about any potential charges.

5. Opt-In Method

To opt in and receive SMS communications from ZENSQUAD, you must explicitly consent by:

  • Submitting an online form that includes a checkbox for SMS consent, or

By opting in, you acknowledge and agree to receive messages from ZENSQUAD under the conditions outlined here.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at info@zensquad.com to request removal from our messaging list. Upon receiving your request, we will process the opt-out and cease all further communications as required by law.

7. Help

If you need assistance with our SMS service, reply with the keyword "HELP" to any SMS message, or contact us directly by emailing info@zensquad.com. We will respond promptly with the support you need.

8. Additional Options

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can simply choose not to check the SMS consent box on any form where this option is provided. You can also manage your communication preferences through your account settings.

9. Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message and data rates may apply, as per your carrier’s pricing plan.
  • You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP."

  • Message frequency may vary based on your engagement with ZENSQUAD.
  • Mobile opt-in, SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
